No Checkpoint Left Behind
Every checkpoint. Every community. Every American.
A checkpoint is a promise. It tells the American people that somewhere, along a road they may not otherwise have taken, something deserves their attention. Lang/Milo will honor that promise.
No checkpoint should be dismissed because it is remote, inconvenient, difficult to photograph, or located behind a building that appears to be closed. Rural checkpoints deserve the same respect as their more photogenic neighbors.
Equal standing on the route.
We will demand clear instructions, accurate locations, and a fair opportunity for every team to document its visit. Every properly submitted checkpoint must receive a full and transparent count.
The time to stop.
A national commitment to checkpoints requires schedules that allow people to reach them at lawful speeds, park safely, and actually look at the thing. Americans should never have to choose between appreciating a roadside attraction and arriving at dinner.
A complete record.
Every checkpoint left unvisited will receive a formal explanation. We will establish a National Register of Unfinished Business and maintain it until the work is done.
No monument too small. No detour forgotten. No checkpoint left behind.
